I coach adults who have either been diagnosed with ADHD or who, despite lack of formal identification or diagnosis, encounter challenges related to attention and executive function. These have included
- professionals in a variety of fields, such as education, medicine, writing, and the arts, where difficulties with prioritizing, time management, physical organization, and follow-through may result in low achievement and inconsistent performance at too high a cost;
- graduate and professional students who find themselves faltering when they come to a point at which little or no structure is provided for them by their programs;
- women who are searching for balance in lives complicated by needs and responsibilities both inside and outside of their families;
- artists who are struggling to find “the right time,” or even the justification, to fully commit themselves to their art.
